Locate the BusTimes Page:
On the menu bar, look for the option that says “Plan your trip” and click on it.

Bus Times Page Overview:

On the Bus Times page, you will see bus schedules for either the Vacaville Transportation Center (if you choose not to share your location) or the nearest bus stop (if you allow location sharing).

Search for a Bus Stop or Landmark:

• Under “Next Bus Times,” you can search for a specific bus stop, an address, or a landmark.
• If searching for a landmark (e.g., Walmart), make sure to include “Vacaville” at the end to filter results correctly.

Viewing Bus Arrival Times:

• Select the desired location (e.g., Walmart Neighborhood Market on Nuttree Rd).
• The page will display bus stops on either side of the street and show arrival times for buses heading toward the Transit Plaza and the Transportation Center.
• Click on the bus stop for additional future arrival times.
• To view all bus stop times for the day, click the “more” button.

Understanding Real-Time Predictions:
After selecting a route, check the detailed information available, which includes:

• If you see a symbol that resembles a tilted Wi-Fi icon, this indicates that the bus arrival time is based on real-time data.
• If the symbol is not present, the bus time is based on the schedule.

Finding the Nearest Bus Stop:

• Enter an address in the search bar under Next Bus Times, to find the nearest bus stop.
• Click on a bus stop, then click on the map icon to view the live location of buses.

Using the Map Feature from the Bus Times page:

• The map will highlight the selected bus route and bus stop.
• You can zoom in to see the exact location of the bus stop or zoom out to view multiple bus icons, which indicate the current bus capacity and direction.
• A solid bus icon indicates the bus that would service that bus stop, while a transparent icon shows the bus that is going in the opposite direction.

Accessing the Map Page Directly:

On the menu bar click Map.

• Initially, no routes may appear. Click on the “Routes” button on the side and then select “Show All” to display all current bus locations.
• You can toggle the direction to view specific routes more clearly.
• If you only want to see a specific route, Click “Hide All” and then click on that route.

Checking Arrival Times at Each Stop:

• Click on any bus stop to view future bus arrival times.
• If it says “Due,” the bus is expected to arrive at that stop imminently.

Transportation Center and Transit Plaza Bus stops:

If you click on the Transportation Center or Transit Plaza and see “End of Route. There are no departures from this stop,” toggle the direction on the Routes sidebar to check upcoming arrivals.
