Title VI Program

Any person who feels that he or she has been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by City Coach may file a Title VI complaint with the Title VI Program Administrator.  Please complete a printable complaint form below and mail it to:

Complaints must be filed within 180 calendar days after the date the person believes the discrimination occurred.
