The California Department of Public Health has ended its requirement for masks on public transportation. According to their website “…effective immediately California’s requirement for masking on public transit and in transportation hubs is terminated.” You can read the full article here.
Therefore, masks are no longer a requirement to ride City Coach. Masks are recommended.
